Netball is a fast paced, non contact sport that you can play indoors or outdoors. Derived from Basketball, Netball is predominately a women’s sport and combines speed of thought along with good hand/eye co-ordination. While Netball is usually played on a standard 30.5 metre by 15.25 metre court, the ICG offers a slightly smaller playing area, but incorporates the use of the netted walls to allow bounce passing off the court sides. This is known as Action Netball.

The rules of Action Netball are based on those of outdoor netball, except that the nets become an integral part of the game – the ball always remains in play, which adds to the fun and excitement of the game. Further information on Action Netball will be available shortly.
