Although the ICG will endeavor to maintain the highest standard of duty of care to our clients, please be aware that everybody still plays at their own risk and the ICG will not be liable for injuries sustained while playing. If you are unsure, DO NOT PLAY.

Each user of the ICG warrants and represents that they are in good health and is not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise. The user further acknowledges that such exercise would not be detrimental to their health, safety or physical condition.

Limitation of Liability

Users of the ICG are responsible for the consequences of any use of the facilities of the centre. The centre will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, theft or damage to property whether rising under contract or otherwise.
